Dr. Frega is a licensed and board-certified Chiropractic Physician in the states of Iowa and Illinois. She has two doctorates, one in Chiropractic and one in Naturopathic Medicine, plus a fellowship in medical acupuncture, is Webster Certified (prenatal chiropractic) and provides TMJ care.

Offering her patients a truly holistic and integrative approach to their health is her heart's desire. Most of Dr. Frega's clinical experience has been in family practice with other integrative practitioners. With her educational and clinical background, Dr. Frega is able to offer a complementary blend of natural medicine with conventional medicine.

Bringing an integrative center to the Quad Cities has been her dream after starting and running a successful practice in Chicago. She believes patients receive the best care with an integrative approach and has a passion for helping people!
