Sue Klingaman, LISW, LCSW

Mental Health

Sue is a mental health practitioner of nearly 20 years and she knew she was in the right place early on in graduate school. She is a certified trainer in Circle of Security Parenting - a relationship-based, attachment-based parent training - and learned from the originators of the program, the best in their field!

After 18 months of traveling to Napa, CA monthly, Sue earned an Infant-Parent Mental Health post-graduate certificate. Her weekend-long, intimate training sessions with luminaries in the field led her to meet top doctors whose work and personal interactions have had a profound impact on her work and personal life.

From ocean sounds to horseback riding in the Andes mountains, Sue enjoys nature and adventures with her husband of more than 40 years, three children and three grandchildren!

I love watching relationships between parents and their children grow stronger, parents increasing their confidence in their parenting skills and children develop stronger secure attachments with their parents as a result.
