Trisha Starr

Clinic Supervisor

Trisha’s grandmother and great aunt worked as RNs for many years in hospitals, doctor’s offices and at John Deere. She called upon their stories of nurturing families and patients as her inspo and started working as a mental health nurse in 1998. Her roles have included charge nurse, psychiatric nurse (adolescents and adults), psych screening nurse and educator. Her meticulous attention to detail and calm demeanor are well-received assets at IH&W!

Between her trips to Italy and Colorado (more than 20 visits), Trisha caught the travel bug! She loves exploring old historical places, mountains and bodies of water such as the Great Lakes. When home, she enjoys reading, collecting antique treasures and tending to her flock of chickens.
