Katie Judge brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in social services to our team. Her journey in the field began with roles ranging from direct care staff to supervisor, case manager, and adult protective caseworker. For the past four years, Katie has dedicated herself to therapy, primarily focusing on children ages 3 to 18, a role she finds both challenging and rewarding.

Katie's proudest professional achievements lie in her current work with children and families. Watching children grow into their unique selves and helping families learn from each other has been the most rewarding aspect of her career. Katie credits a friend for inspiring her to enter the field of therapy—a decision that has brought her immense satisfaction and joy.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys baking, crafting, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring antique shops. She shares her life with her partner and their two beloved dogs, Roxie and Pickles.
